I. OpenVox hardware products enjoy a 3-month "no questions asked" return policy! II. OpenVox hardware products are warranted for replacement for 5 years from the invoice date after being confirmed with quality defect. Please note that any physical damage to the products will VOID the product's warranty. We strictly test all OpenVox hardware to ensure our customers always receive the highest quality products. If you believe you have a defective card, please contact our technical support. After an OpenVox Technical support technician verifies that the product is defective, OpenVox will request your shipping address, phone number, invoice number,etc. OpenVox will then issue the customer an RMA number for repair or replacement. |
