URGENT HELP: OpenVox A400E

Hi,

Recently, we bought number of OpenVox A400E13 cards from WinWealth Tech Inc who is one of your world wide resellers. The cards failed to detect the Caller ID!! The caller ID in Saudi Arabia is not using FSK protocol instead it’s using DTMF.
Therefore, we’re need ASAP a step by step guide that help us 1- to install your card in Elastix system. 2-Enable these cards to detect the Saudi Caller ID.

2-Enable these cards to detect the Saudi Caller ID.
modify chan_dahdi.conf file as follows
usecallerid=yes
hidecallerid=no
cidsignalling=dtmf
cidstart=ring / or polarity

cidstart=ring

Not working, then i tried these too
usecallerid=yes
hidecallerid=no
cidsignalling=dtmf
cidstart=polarity
