first and second modules in GW1202 conflict

Conflict between the first and second modules in gateway VS-GW1202

Hi,
I bought the second module VS-GWM400G for my gateway VS-GW1202, installed the module and began to configure it.
The web interface of the second module worked very slowly.
The speed of the first module also decreased.
I noticed that the first and the second module are in conflict.
If I simultaneously start the ping on the first and second module, then the packets are successful only on one of the modules in turn.
I tried do action “Automatic Cluster” but received message “List gateway failed. Automatic cluster failed”

Help me pls.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble. Can you check the Mac address of the 2 modules first? If the 2 modules have the same Mac Address, maybe there is a Mac address conflict.

For the Mac Address conflict problem, please prepare an USB-TTL cable for me in advance. If the 2 modules has different Mac Address, could you give me remote
access for a check?Teamviewer11 or AnyDesk is ok.

It is very convenient if we can contact via skype. My skype id: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

When you are ready, you can contact me.I will help you with your problem.

Hi,
Thanks for the tip.
You were right: both modules have the same MAC-address.
I changed the address on the second module via the SSH-console by Vi-editor.
Thanks again.
