G400P-Second channel in one module

Hello everyone,

I have a G400P card with one module and one sim that operates with freepbx with chan_extra.
Inbound and outbound calls work fine.Though there is a problem because the sim card supports two calls simultaneously. So when an inbound call is active if somebody else calls the second call is not handled by the pbx and when the second caller hangups the first call hangups too.
I tried declaring on chan_extra.conf channel => 1-2 but then extra module is not loaded by asterisk. I also created a second trunk like ΕΧΤRΑ/2$ΟUTNUM$ but his also never worked.
Actually i want to have two simultaneous calls with one module.Is that possible?

Hi sir,

Please turn off the call waiting function of the sim card. You can run command: gsm send at <span> AT+CCWA=1,0 to disable call waiting function.
such as: gsm send at 1 AT+CCWA=1,0
If it doesn't work, please contact you sim card carrier to cancel call waiting function.
