OpenVox will make every attempt to ship out your order within 48 Hours. Occasionally, due to high demand, your order may be delayed by as much as 5 Business Days. If you require same day shipment, please contact Sales and we will assist you with your order.
All purchases are under FOB policy. This charge does not include any duties, customs or taxes that may be imposed on international shipments by government law. If you have any questions regarding these types of charges we must refer you to your local government for assistance.
All OpenVox hardware carries a five-year warranty against hardware defect. If your card fails, please email sales@openvox.com.cn . We will issue you an RMA Number and give you a shipping address to return the card. Upon receipt of your old card, we will dispatch a replacement via DHL within 24 hours.
All returns are accepted within 3 months from the date of purchase. For returns under warranty, please first contact our technical support at support@openvox.com.cn. If the card is defective, OpenVox will issue an RMA to you for repair or replacement.
