Problem with A1200 and DE115E

I have a sytem with DE115E and A1200 installed

When I connect just the DE115E card or just the A1200 card it works fine

as soon as i try to connect them both in the system together i am getting this error and the asterisk does not start:

Any ideas what is happening?

please post the info of dmesg and cat /proc/interrupts.

I did a fresh install in the meantime and that error did not come up again.

But now i seem not to manage to put up the link with PRI card and neither the Analog modules.

/I sent you the ssh connection.
