NO Dial tone 400P

I have WCTDM/4 "Wildcard TDM400P REV E/F Board 5" card, I used to have the dial tones from FXS 3 and FXS 4 channels, now I do not have any tone atall, I check to CLI> dahdi show channels I have this,

[size=+0]it looks working but no dial tone, I do not have problem with FXO 1 and FXO 2, I can dial out from soft phone and answer from soft phone I need to use analog phone can you please let me know what could be the problem, and what can I do for it, [/size]

Hi,
Are you sure you have already provided power for FXS modules?

You need to provide power to the A400P from your server's power source, connecting them through D-type connector.
