Have trouble with A400P

Hello Sorry for my English, I am from Moscow. I was bay a OpenVox with A400P with one FXO and one FXS and I can call fron anther moscow line to my moscow line but I can't call from SIP phone to other moscow line by dahdi. I have computer with installed Elastix.
