Caller ID BUG A1200

Hello.I have A1200, Asterisk11, FreePBX
Country - Kazakhstan.

When I have inbound call to A1200 number 7027826348 shown as [align=center]0±·ёІ63ґё[/align]

Very interesting, that connected Cisco 6941 telephones shows right number, but wrong name - 063 (omitting unknown chars).
