Α400 no popup calls in CRM

I have Elastix 2.5 (Asterisk-11.21.0, DAHDI-2.10.2) with 2 cards
G400 PCI (4 GSM modules)
A400 PCI (4 FXO)

Calls are working properly at all extensions
My problem is that, I have not pop up window for incoming calls from A400 in our CRM app
The other card G400 has no problem the calls appear in popup
I have tried any Tapi Driver even Asterisk Connector within vTiger elastix distro
the problem persists
Pop-up only from G400 nothing from A400 (i tried A400e & A400p)

No problem with B100 (works fine)

Until we do it you can try with vTigerCRM (Buildin Elastix 2.5 distro)
It's very easy (i send you attach a quick how-to)
Working only with extension in Inbound Route not with ring-group

the future is the application integration with PBX's
is a very serious matter because all telephone providers in Greece removes the ISDN
