A1200P: CallerID and Collect Calls BRAZIL

I have an A1200P card, and my scenario is: Asterisk 11.25 and Elastix 4.0.0-1.
In Brazil, my carrier provides DTMF signalling.
I have an DTMF to FSK converter and my Call are not identified.
How can I solve this?
How can I block incoming Collect Calls?
