Could you run lspci -vvv and post the output here when this error occured? remember do not reboot pc.

do not know why asterisk died, trixbox 2.0 is a very old version, try newest one.

Dear Sir,

After I switch to the new card (new A400P), there is no problem anymore. My old OpenVox A400P is failure.

I think the generator power is not stable and can make the A400P card faulty.
