Problem when dial out with A800P08 in Taiwan

Dear Sir,

This client has some problem when dial out:

1. A800P08 card
2.Tribox, CentOS 5.2, Kernel 2.6.18-53
3.问题：使用卡板，用x-lite 撥是正常的，但用portsip撥出有問題；如果不用卡板，改成ip out是正常的
4. 系统回应： -- Limit Data for this call:

if yes, ask him check the "portsip" 或者设置和拨号规则。
