Update Asterisk+Dahdi failed

My system is elastix 2.2 (by default asterisk-1.8.7.0, dahdi-2.4.1.2)
I updated successfully with dahdi 2.6.0
After updated asterisk 10.1.2 dahdi disapear from CLI> but dahdi service and dahdi_tools running
I restored the asterisk 1.8.7.0 yum -reinstall asterisk and dahdi 2.6.0 worked again
I tried with asterisk-1.8.9.2 but the dahdi disapear again from asterisk CLI>
When i give
CLI> module load chan_dahdi.so
Unable to load module chan_dahdi.so
Command 'module load chan_dahdi.so' failed.
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf': == Found
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf': == Found
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi_additional.conf': == Found
== Parsing '/etc/asterisk/users.conf': == Found

I restored asterisk and dahdi (elastix 2.2 defaults: asterisk-1.8.7.0, dahdi-2.4.1.2)
yum -reinstall asterisk
yum -reinstall dahdi
This time updated only asterisk 10.1.2
dahdi 2.4.1.2 works fine
BUT
when udpated to 2.6.0 disapear again from CLI>

What happened??
only works in one (dahdi or asterisk) but not both together after update

Pls update dahdi first, then update asterisk.
If you can not load chan_dahdi.so, Pls check if the file dahdi-channels.conf is configured correctly.
Meantime, pls disable the line " # include chan_dahdi_additional.conf' " in file chan_dahdi.conf and try to load again.
