B200P and ISDN gateway: not working

Hi,
I have an ISDN GSM gateway connected to my Asterisk PBX B200P card. After connection the card led is steady green. When I try to make a call I get an ISDN error 18 ( No user responding).

My Asterisk version is 1.8.11 and I'm using dahdi, not mISDN.

I tried another gateway but nothing changes.

Can someone help me please?

Hi hua,
I suspect the gateway was in ptp mode. Today I had to install a PBX with ISDN openvox card but without success....same problem. I cannot set the card in ptp mode. It is possible? How?
