b400 and fastweb

I've a problem with isdn fastweb and b400 card.
With nt or nt+ telecom, asterisk working Properly, but not with fastweb.

Help me.

FAstweb is operator isp fibre channel.
In my office operate with cisco on a board card isdn bri dual chanell
