D110E, sync's but d-channel goes down and up

Hi,

I have a New D110E, that i plgin the telco cable, and leds turn green, so far so good.
But this is only for moments, i can receive call's, but, d-channel starts going down and up all the time, and see some HDLC overrun.
I saw in another forum, for the D110P (pci version), something that had the same problem and it was a driver issue, I guess this is also the same.

Here's some output info of I just described, and my asterisk's configuration, that i'm almost sure that is right.
This is an E1 line.
