Voice quality of DE410P x 2 in dual Xeon 2.66G

14 years 8 months ago #3691 by miaolin
does your card labeled firmware 1.2?

what kind of cpu/motherboard you are using?

I tried to change the server to Asus DSBVDX and tested. The result remain the same choppy sound. Sound quality is a little bit better if only one card in one server. One way choppy sound still occurs if number of calls greater than 60. On way means only callee listen the choppy sound when outbound and caller listen the choppy sound when inbound.

Any other suggestion ?

The follows are version & figures in DSBVDX:

what linux you installed? could you try latest Fedora Core?

and what kind of business you are running on that server? you should take care to avoid heavy database access on it.

The operating system is Elastix 1.1. We try it for telesales program.

Thanks

Do you mean that we can not use more than one card in a server in order to avoid heavy loading?
14 years 8 months ago #3732 by james.zhu
hi:
there is no problem that you put two cards. can you try to bind the cards to one cpu, and let other applications running under other cpus?
regards!
