One more question about DE410E, Can they share with the same IRQ like this?

04:00.0 Communication controller: Digium, Inc. Wildcard TE410P quad-span T1/E1/J1 card 3.3V (rev 02)
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
Memory at d4200000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable)

I think it should not be a problem.

If it is not a problem, why the choppy sound occur when number of call is greater than 50?

The average dahdi_test result is around 99.995 if there is no call. When number of call > 50, the average test result drops to around 99.65.

hello, this is your system, when i open the debug ino. it shows the gains has a problem.
are you able to reinstall dahdi and check the chan_dahdi.conf,? make sure there is no such error.
please disable the raid and have a try.
when i restart asterisk, it shows:

After test DE410P x 1 in Asus P5S and P5K with dual core 2.0G, I discovered that no matter what IRQ I can set, CPU that I assigned interrupts to, DMA mode of HD, PCI latency in Bios, disabled USB and other unused onboard devices, and stop cdr, mysql and any other program run as possible as I can lower the frequence of hard disk activites. The result is same, sound ticks still occur at the other side (caller if inbound and callee if outbound) when number of calls is greater than 40. Sound quality is acceptable when only use 1 T1/E1 port.

I feel disappointed with the products .......

does the card have a label frimware 1.2?

could you swap to pci-e version? i.e D410E?
