And ii we check the setting of the PRI show span 1 this is the indication status

we have checked also if we have installed the correct device

but still no luck the telco checked there ISDN line but there is no problem on there side of the system..
My question is that how will I check if the device is fully function just some setting is concerned or the device is defective.
Cause we have installed the said device once and we did not encounter this error. We use same installation procedure again with the same asterisk system and there now a problem. Please help us on this one..
