Update driver to use PbFree version of D110PG

For PbFree version of D110P, because the old version of infineon E1(PEB2256 v1.2) chip do not have PbFree package, We have to use the newer version of PEF2256 2.1 or 2.2, thus you must update your wcte11xp driver to make use it. Please download driver from openvox site.

simply download and replace your wcte11xp.c, then rebuild zaptel driver.

the patched driver can work with both TE110P card and D110P/D110PG

I followed the direction for using D-110P board. I use the zaptel-1.2.12.tar.gz
driver and getting the following error:

Hi,

I found the fix for the problem, which I previously posted. Change line 47 in wcte11xp.c file to

#include "wct4xxp/wct4xxp.h" /* For certain definitions */

This should make it to work again in newer Digium drivers.
