D110P Red/Yellow Alarms always

I've been trying configure my D100P vs 1.2 card with elastix 1.3 and elastix 1.5 unsuccesfully, always my card report alarms. the card is set to E1, lspci show correctly this card , no conflicts with IRQ and no sharing too, the server is totally compatible with the software but nothing happen, always the card show red/yellow alarms.
