Starting server give errors interrupt erros

Dear,

When we start our server we got following errors

Anyone any idea?

Well, I'm very now to all of this
I'm trying to help a colleague...
When we do the "dadhi show status", we see the message red, so I suppose that their is something wrong?

We also see the interrupt messages in dmesg...

We have some exotic kind of ISDN line
