Time Slip

We have two voip (asterisk) gateway machines using 3x openvox D410E board each.
Our ISP provider is complaining that we are having Bit Slips.

For example:
Span 1: TE4/0/1 "T4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1" CCS/HDB3/CRC4 ClockSource
E-bit error count: 4

372 TE4/2/4/31 Clear (In use) (EC: MG2 - INACTIVE)

This is happening in several spans.

We run a timing test:

asterisk -rx "timing test"
Attempting to test a timer with 50 ticks per second.
Using the 'DAHDI' timing module for this test.
It has been 1019 milliseconds, and we got 51 timer ticks

asterisk -rx "module show" | grep timing
res_timing_dahdi.so DAHDI Timing Interface 36

We are supposed to receive the timing from our ISP:

# Span 1: TE4/0/1 "T4XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1" CCS/HDB3/CRC4 ClockSource
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
# termtype: te
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
echocanceller=mg2,1-15,17-31

Can you help us to test this and validate the problem? And if ours help to solve this?

This is very urgent and we need your support.

Thank you in advance for your help!
