Asterisk config - failover to another trunk if all GSM lines busy

10 years 2 months ago #9409 by aleyer
Finally, I managed to configure it.
But one question remains. If I save SIP Endpoint settings, a line "insecure=invite,port' appears in the corresponding section of sip_endpoints.conf. But I don't need it. Can you tell me how to turn it off?

How I've fixed? :o

in my case, when all Openvox has filled canals, the event returns a "busy here" and my asterisk receives and does not pass to the next trunk:Q[align=center], no way to change this event "busy here" for "TEMPORARILY unaviable "or" unaviable service "to pass my trunk failover in my asterisk server?[/align]

Thanks

Hi,

This is Rick,sorry to make trouble with you!

According to your descriptions,if you want the gateway return "TEMPORARILY unaviable "or" unaviable service "to your server when all channels be used
Maybe we need to change the program code for you.I will discuss it with our R&D,and then give you a answer.

Hi,

This is Rick,Now i have a way can solve your issues!Please try to do it refer to belows:
Step 1: Please login your gateway via ssh.
How to enable the ssh login: SYSTEM-->Login Settings

Step 2: Please change a dialplan,follows:
root@Openvox-Wireless-Gateway:/# cd /etc/asterisk/
root@Openvox-Wireless-Gateway:/etc/asterisk# vi extensions_routing.conf

Please change the line 143 to follows:
[nocdr]
exten => s,1,Hangup()

change it to
[nocdr]
exten => s,1,Hangup(42)

and then save it and quit.

Step 3:reload the dialplan.
root@Openvox-Wireless-Gateway:/etc/asterisk# asterisk -r
Cannot read termcap database;
using dumb terminal settings.
Verbosity is at least 10
Openvox-Wireless-Gateway*CLI> dialplan reload

Notice: As a temporary measures,please don't change the dialplan via WEB.Because it will cover the dialpaln you changed.We will add it later for the custom.

If you have other issues please let me know.I will do it for you remotely.My contact info be shown as up.

Best Regards.

Hello dear and respected moderator :)

are you sure it is on the line 143?

will not, perhaps, in the context [NoCDR]?

in my case it was on the line 198, I have adjusted my dialplan, I will test and informs them.

Best Regards
