SPAN Issue on Openvox VS-GW1200-4G

I am using the 4 span to send USSD request but everyday I have to reboot the GSM box because I get this error message
Privilege: Commands
ActionID: 60
0:Send USSD failed on span 2

event when I go to system > status all network are there with

Can you help please if I have to do something in gsm box configuration to stop this?
