Can't forward GSM calls to SIP on VS-GW1200-4G

I have configured the GW1200 as a gateway, and my PBX registers to the GW1200.

The registration is successful and I can make calls out from SIP to GSM.

I cannot make calls in through GSM to SIP.

The call rings once and hangs up.

There are no entries for these failed calls in the SIP log.

The GW1200 shows the status of the SIP interface as 'UNKNOWN' although the PBX shows as registered.

Can anyone help?
