Unable to get 1 module, out of 5 working.

For some reason, We are unable to get one module to start correctly. Here is a paste of the board log.

[2014/09/03 00:20:02] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2014/09/03 00:23:24] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2014/09/03 00:26:46] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2014/09/03 00:30:07] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2014/09/03 00:33:29] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).
[2014/09/03 00:36:52] Restart asterisk (gsm 1 block).


It just keeps going on. It doesn't appear to be configured correctly, as it doesn't even flash the lights the same way the other modules do during start-up. Please advise, as a reset on the board has not helped at all. We are running 2.0.8 Thank you.

Set the CODEC as 1-g729 2-ulaw 3-alaw .. that will work.
