single sms longer than 152 not sended

as per subject.
if i send a single (less than 160 chars) sms, if the lenght is more than 152 chars, the sms is not sended.

in attachment two debug file, one for a succesfully sended 152 chars sms and other for a 153 chars not sended sms.

i can't add the second file (the one with sending failure) in attachment, nor paste it into a reply.
i will provide it to the support team by email if requested.

You should consider which character set you are using. The default character set can be encoded and will give you 160 characters, but if you use special characters this number decreases:
