OpenVox WGW1002G problem with SIM registration

Hola, tengo un gateway GSM con el mismo problema de tarjeta sim "Not Registered"

He visto en el foro varias consultas similares pero en ninguna respuesta veo solucion al problema.

Quedo atento a su ayuda para saber qué proceso debo seguir para solucionar el caso, gracias

Please confirm did it work before ? And as you showing the device module only support 2G frequency ,Please confirm if the sim card can work with mobile phone 2G network .You also can give us your skype ID here , I can add you and talk with you there .

Si, estaba funcionando normalmente, pero crei que era con la red 3G.

Acabo de probar con una SIM no habilitada para 4G LTE y funciono bien; ahora no sé si tambien opera en 3G;
la situacion es que los operadores estan tendiendo al servicio 3G y 4G LTE solamente.

Hay posibilidad de actualizar el modulo actual para que trabaje en 4G LTE o por lo menos en 3G?

O definitivamente se debe cambiar el modulo actual por un VS-GWM401W o VS-GWM401L?

Y el chasis VoxStack actual me sirve para los modulos de la serie VS-GWM401

Sorry to tell you that your current device only support 2G , can not update to support 3/4G .If you want to support 3/4G frequency ,you can chose our GWM401L or GWM420L ,this link www.openvox.cn/products/voipgateways/lte-voip-gateways . By the way your chassis is WGW1002, it is already end of life , So you need a new chassis for GWM401L or GWM420L .
