Only 1 of 8 ports working

hello

im having some trouble to set up my 3 OpenVox VS-GW1202-8G with latest version 2.1.1 Model Name: VS-GGU-E2M0400

my infrastructure is : asterisk + billing server connected to OpenVox in local , by SIP (gateway connect to endpoint )

4 sip for 4 gsm ports , because im using only 4 ports of 8

so when i make a call , i get ringing tone , but destination don't get this call and don't appear in the status and CDR ( 503 unavailable )

but when i delete all SIP account and Call routing ruls and let only 1 SIP and 1 call routing where SIM CARD inserted , call work well

anny suggestion , support team always OFFLINE dont know how to catch someone
