Problems registering Gateway with asterisk

Hi. I followed this instructions to connect OpenVox with my asterisk server

But when try to place a call, the call hangups and receive this error on asterisk CLI:

192.168.2.215 is the OpenVox gateway ip, and 1700 is the sip account used to register OpenVox GSM Gateway with asterisk endpoint.
Please help me
