WGW1002 + Elastix, failed outbound calls

Hi, I followed the manual to set Quickstart_Guide_of_OpenVox_GSM_Gateway_WGW1002G_Connect_with_Elastix_Server.pdf gsm gateway wgw1002g with Elastix SIP server, but outgoing calls do not work, the call is dropped instantly.
