Call transfer

9 years 4 weeks ago #10290 by Gillean
I have two SIP endpoints, both are registered on GW-1600 gateway. I wonder, how can I transfer an incoming/answered call from the one SIP client to the other one. Which softphone should I take to have this feature working, and what should I configure on the gateway itself?

hi, do you mean incoming call from sip endpoint, not gsm port? you can set a routing rule: choose your sip endpoint in Call Comes in From, then choose your other sip endpoint in Send Call Through

No, I mean: I want to transfer incoming gsm calls on demand. For example: if the person who calls wants to talk to the other operator, I need to redirect this call to another SIP client.

sorry, our gateway do not support this function now, you can connect gsm gateway to a pbx, like elastix, then you can use this function.
