Can't receive Inbound SMS

Hi, I'm having a problem regarding receiving inbound sms via the WEB GUI which comes from the device itself using VS-GW1202 GSM Series Firmware: 2.1.3.
Last time the firmware version was 2.0. something I can't really remember and has only one Sim card on port gsm -1.4. Then last June 9 We updated to firmware 2.1.3.
Help.
