VS-GW1202-4G http://172.16.99.1 empty page

I have device VS-GW1202-4G. It is responds to ping 172.16.99.1 and asks login and password when open http://172.16.99.1, but give empty page http://172.16.99.1/cgi-bin/php/system-status.php Browser: firefox and chrome.
