VS-GW1202-4G blank page

We installed GW1202-4G. We connected this Gateway with SoftX3000 (Huawei) by SIP protocol.
When we make a call through the gateway, at this time the call is on the traces, where we see that we receive an error from it 503. How do we make the call go to the gateway and have already sent it from the SIM card to the mobile operator?
