it seems you solved it with more than one customer, i saw that in other posts also, but unfortunately i can't manage a remote session on skype or else, and i think i'm perfectly capable of managing technical operations under your indication so please if you'd just be so kind to share your suggestions on the forum without remote desktop it might help also users in the future, thank you so much.
