The problem persists. :(

The distributor replaced my device to a new WGW1002G. The error is the same. I hear the call waiting tone and simultaneously approx. 5 seconds of the first call is muted.

First, sorry for my bad english

I have the same issue. The problem is that the established call mute an incoming new call. I have VS-GW1202-4G and Software Version: 2.3.1

Hi,

Mr Dred use gateway with gsm module m35, there is no solution for that now. But we have solution for other module.
Please check your module version.
Go to MODULE ---> Toolkit page and run AT command ATI to check the module version.
Or you can prepare remote access for checking.
