Openvox Web access shows blank page

Hi there. i have a openvox voip gateway at a remote site. It shows a blank page when i try to access it via http http://192.168.20.52/cgi-bin/php/system-status.php.
SSH access isn't enabled unfortunately. Can anybody provide an instruction for remote restore? Please check attachment to identify voip model.

Sorry for the trouble.I think the file system of the gateway is broken.It is convenient for you to give me remote access for updating firmware?
