i can't input anything in console

i have working board, with 2 winbond flash chips (one on c1000_cpu_bd, and other in gsm_m35bd), which of them i need to read and write to the bricked board, what memory blocks i need to write?

can you tell me whether the SYS light of your module is on or not? and what do you mean about the fail (board fails after update)
and do you have the manual of Flash Voxstack Gateway Board with USB-TTL cable?
