Rejectig Calls - VS-GGU-E2M0400

I having a problem with my device, i got this error:

but, i dont see the solution.

I have the same problem with incoming calls, but outgoing calls works.

my device info:

Model Name: VS-GGU-E2M0400
Modem Description: 850/900/1800/1900MHz@GSM
Software Version: 2.2.2
Hardware Version: Date 2012-11-09 FPGA 11 Hardware 00

Sorry for the trouble. If outbound call can work but inbound can't, i think the problem is wrong configuration.

I configured 4 before, but never got this error.
The gateway is on my client office, I will bring it to my house and I contact you by skype. What timezone are you?, I'm -3.

My time zone is GMT+8. Our time is 11 hours different. And my working time is 9:00am~18:00pm.

If it is too convenient for you, we can also meet in your time.

Well, Big thanks for helping see the problem, I had changed for IAX the trunk, for some reason can't make sip work both ways.

Can you send me link for the latest firmware?, i had 2.3.4 in the others gateways, this one is 2.2.2, outdated link from the web.
