Openvox vs-gw1600 no web interface

I already apologize for my bad english

I have a vs-gw1600 and I am not getting access to the web interface by configured ip. When I add the username and password, the page is left blank. It is not generating error, it only goes blank.

Can somebody help us, please?

Sorry so late add you.i also add you,I can help you solve problem.

My problem is solved. Tom. Liu and Heizi.lv help and save me. Firmware upgrade... Heizi has installed the firmware and the web interface has returned.
