Lost Boards after update firmware VS-GWM400

I have an Openvox GSM Gateway model VS-GWM400 , where I upgraded to 2.3.0 -> 2.3.8 -> and 2.4.6, after this upgrade 2 slots no longer appear slot 2 and slot 5 when I go into System -> Cluster and enable the Detail option Board-2 and Board-5 does not appear any IP information like in the others, I can do something without "stopping" the equipment?

I believe that yes, because the other cards are with the latest version, I can not access the card by ssh, I configured an eth0: 3 virtual interface with ip 172.16.99.100 and tried to ping and ssh in ips 172.16.99.2 and 172.16 .99.5 but without success, would it have some other way of gaining access or would it have to use recovery? I also turned the equipment off using unsuccessful power.

I have same issue with one module after upgrading to 2.4.6.
Module name: VS-GWM400, Date 2012-11-09 FPGA 11 Hardware 00
It is on non-cluster mode. No access at all, IP is not up, SYS led is not blinking.
Will appreciate some assistance

Tengo el mismo problema, con un gateway GW1600 20G, con 5 modulos; de los cuales, al actualizarla, ahora solamente veo 3. Los otros dos solamente tienen el led de PWR, pero SYS apagado. no les puedo hacer ping a las ips que se supone deberian tener y el equipo no las detecta, Tampoco el boton RST funciona. Que procedimiento debo hacer para que trabajen con normalidad?
