GSM module firmware problem

I have problem with swg-2016 gateway, some gsm modules not working after firmware update to 2.0.12. Maybe i need to update gsm module firmware, where i find it? How i resolve my problem? Screenshot attached.

Please let us know the module version ， You can check it from other working module, Then we can send the latest for you .
