VoxStack Module Problem

Hello my dear friends

i have problem with my vox stack

Model Name: VS-GGU-E2M0400
Modem Description: 850/900/1800/1900MHz@GSM
Software Version: 2.3.8
Hardware Version: Date 2012-11-09 FPGA 11 Hardware 00
Slot Number: 1
Storage Usage: 1.7M/62.0M (3%)

its has 1 module installed by manufacture and i have installed 10 modules openvox GMW400G
but the problem is in the system status its shows only 1 module with 4 sim card slots

and in the openvox its shows ony RED LED blinking
please i need you help ?????



and another thing ?
why the sip is not registered ?
