Module VS-GWM400G not detected by VS-GW1202

Greetings,

We have an OpenVox VS-GW1202 and module VS-GWM400G is not being detected always. Sometimes it works, but if you restart gateway, it is not detected. I changed from port 0 to port 1 but the behaviour is the same. I really do apreciate any help with this trouble.
