statistics through the CDR

Hello
we have bought a GSM gateway SWG-1016.
we want to make statistics on the calls passing through the gateway.

First we have enabled CDR records. but in what form are the CDR recordings ? CSV file ? SQLite Database ? MySQL Database ?

gateway store the CDR use database, but client can't handle it directly, you can export the CDR via web , it's .xls format.
