WGW1002G both SIM modules keep on getting unregistered

Hi Openvox Support team,

Recently I have purchased wgw1002g mini wireless gateway from USA and when i try to initialize the gateway with 2 sims(both sim's working on phone), now of them are working and I keep on getting "not unregistered" status and the green light keeps on blinking on the device.

i'm attaching the screenshot from the wgw1002g web portal for more details. NO details are available on system log screen

Please help in find a resolution.

gsm show spans(command output)
GSM span 1: Power on, Provisioned, Down, Active, Standard
GSM span 2: Power on, Provisioned, Down, Active, Standard

WGW1002G only support 2G. please check if carrier support 2G.

I'll contact the RMA for hardware issue however after searching on internet i found the issue is pretty common for almost many devices of openvox and it need your engineering team to develop a tool to quality test the product before selling.

Thanks once again, will see how RMA goes with openvox sales team.
