VS16HJ3R5K7S, VS16HJ3R8C79, VS16HJ3RTTDN

we already installed 2 but the users report the following problem, in some calls they listen to another person besides the person they are talking to, that is to say as if there was a conference, the installed equipment is a VS1600 V2.
